Silvia Henrich

Silvia became interested in complimentary therapies, at the age of nineteen, when following her first asthma attack she had to give up the trade she had just spend four years in college to learn. She was lucky however, as her doctor told her she could either take steroid inhalers for the rest of her life or else  look into complimentary treatments and find better ways of dealing with her condition. This marked the beginning of not just her own journey into health but also a calling to help others find their own holistic way of dealing with issues of health & wellbeing. Besides teaching Meditation & Stress Release and Brain Gymnastics for parents at nightclasses in Gorey Community School, Silvia runs a busy practice where she offers tailor made holistic treatments comprising of Bio Energy Therapy, Kinesiology, Allergy Testing, Bach Flower Remedies, Reflexology and Nutrional & Lifestyle advice. She also organises a clinic offering a Special Needs Program developed to treat children & adults effected by Dyslexia, ADD,ADHD, Autism, Asbergers Syndrome and behavioral difficulties. She has contributed a chapter on Animal Healing for Tom Griffins new book, due for release in February.

A mother of one, with a great love for horses. Although she mostly treats human clients she also regularly gives of her time at the Irish Horse Welfare Trust where she treats horses and ponies that have been less fortunate than her own.

Her qualifications include Diplomas in Plexus Bio Energy Healing, Bioenergy  Healing Therapy, Applied Kinesiology, Touch for Health, Brain Gym, Reflexology, Anatomy & Physiology, Equine Anatomy & Physiology. She is also a qualified Reconnective HealingTM Practitioner.

Silvia is located in Gorey, where she runs the Healing Hands Holistic Clinic.
